Etsy put my shop on vacation😭

Hello from Ukraine! Just now Etsy sent my shop "FlatForPet" https://www.etsy.com/shop/FlatForPet on vacation and I didn't receive the letter by mail for some reason.

I have very good financial statistics on Etsy. My store receives "Star Seller" every month. The store has never had any violations of the rules or late payments of commissions. Also, we are not located in the occupied or sanctioned territory of Ukraine.

We have been actively selling cat furniture on Etsy for three years and have never had any problems with the store's operation. I am very worried about this.
