I’m experiencing two issues with my shop and would greatly appreciate your help:
1. **Buyers Can’t Place Orders:**
I’ve discovered that during the checkout process, buyers see a message stating, *"All payment methods for this shop are temporarily unavailable."* I wasn’t notified about this by Etsy, and I initially thought the lack of sales was just due to a quiet period. However, it turns out customers literally cannot complete their purchases.
2. **Unable to Contact Etsy Support:**
When I try to reach out to Etsy Support through the Help Center, clicking on *“Contact Us”* just redirects me back to the homepage. This happens on both my laptop and iPhone, and it’s making it impossible to resolve the payment issue.
If anyone has experienced this before or knows how to get through to Etsy Support, I’d be incredibly grateful for your advice.

I'm going to guess that it has to do with what you are selling unless you have permission from all those entities to use their name.
The items I looked at seem to be vintage, which is Etsy legal.
A whole bunch of them state that they are made by seller. I don't think that would be vintage.
Suggest they change the core details quickly before alerting Etsy to their shop.
You can not list "vintage" items in the Made by section, this section is only for items made by yourself with your hands from scratch.
This is a violation of Etsy's creativity policy, you can still change and edit your listings, then contact Etsy regarding your other issues
Have you completed the payment section of your shop? I looked and don't see any payment options available such as VISA, etc. That is probably the reason people can't buy anything from you.
Etsy payments are not activated, check your financial account in your dashboard. There should be banner notifications when some additional information or steps are required

Click "opening and setting up a new shop"
Scroll down and click om "still need help"
This will give you a chat or call back option

Hi all, thanks for all the suggestions! I've changed the details of the items, indeed they were not listed as vintage. I do think my payment section has been activated, I see my bank account and such and there is no pop up to ask for more details. Any idea?
