I have been Etsy seller since 2020. In Jan 27, 2025, Etsy Trust & Safety Team request my shop to provide document for verification, so i had uploaded required document on Etsy within 1 day from the time of Etsy's request, and then i received an email from Etsy Trust & Team that Etsy had verified my identity information successful on Jan 31, 2025, and i also received a notice on my shop dashboard that my shop is no longer on vacation mode and i can continue selling.
Email received from Etsy on Jan 31, 2025:
“Good news—we verified your identity using the info you shared.”
But my shop is still on vacation mode, and my previous uploaded document disappeared from "legal documents on my shop dashboard", it's very strange about this problem, i tried to contacted with Etsy customer service, they ask me to resubmit my document again, then i resubmit again and also send tickets on Etsy help center, but i do not received any reply, it had passed more than 2 weeks, my shop is also on vacation mode till now.
Are there some one can share some experience to solve this issue?
