Creativity Standard Violation

Hello!
During the last weekend I've met serious situation.
On Saturday evening I've received an email which says that one of my listings was removed because it don’t meet Etsy’s Creativity Standards. It was strange for me because I've heard about the standards since the announcement and was sure that it's clear. It was also one of my best selling listings.
I've studied Creativity Standards again and still not finding the reason for the deletion contacted support chat. After explaining the situation and getting on the line with the human I was promised to sort this matter out by the email. So i waited until the next morning, when I discovered that 4 more listings were deleted. All of them were flagman positions too. This time the support chat did not respond at all.

I've proceeded by creating a support request explaining the situation again. Instantly I've received an auto reply with a list of Creativity Standards. So I tried to create new support request but it was instantly closed without reply.

I thought it was because it was a day off and no one from the support team could help me today, so I waited till the next day which is Monday.
On actual moment 8 listings are blocked and my shop badges were removed. It's the end of the day but support chat still still doesn't answer me. Same with the support request which was posted more than 12 hours ago.

I may concern that these actions are made by AI bots instead of human and afraid that my shop may be suspended removal of my listings will continue. Really upset and don't know what to do after multiple tryings to contact Etsy side. I also feel bad about how this affected my store's work and marketing budget during this period.

Speaking about removed listings:
I believe that each of them meets Etsy Creativity Standards. I am buying raw materials, doing wood work and paint job by myself with my tools, designing, taking photos and packing each piece by myself in my own workshop. My works are not inspired by an existing intellectual property and I don't any copyright and trademark tags.

I still hope that my case will be reviewed by a real person and we will be able to solve it.

My support ticket id is 19004855.

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

What has likely happened is that your item has been copied (including the photo) and has been found for sale elsewhere online.  Try a reverse image search on your photos.

This has happened to a lot of sellers.  Etsy's bots are trawling the internet looking for duplicates to try to combat reselling and unfortunately it is your listing that has been taken down as if you copied it!

You will need to respond to the email you received to provide evidence that it is your product.  It would be a good idea to have photos or a video on your shop Bio showing your workplace and process to prove it.

Search the forum using the search term "Creativity Standards" and you will find a lot of posts which might have some good advice.

I hope it is sorted soon.

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

I would be happy to provide any sort of proof including photos and videos. I've also attached some materials in support request but don't get any answer for more than a day.

Also notification was received by nonreply email.

Will try to look for some advice. Thanks a lot for help!

@FathersGoods   You need to do what @JJewellerySuppliesUK  suggested.  You must find if your photos are elsewhere and issue DMCAs to those sites.  Showing them your work space or such is not going to work.  Sadly.

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

The above is correct. 99% of the time it's because your photos were stolen and are found on large wholesale sites. Instead of waiting to hear back from etsy (if ever), do that reverse-image search. When you find them, do a DMCA takedown notice to each site (Alibaba, Amazon, whatever) and keep a copy of the DMCA to prove to etsy that you are actively protecting your IP (photos)

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

What if I have my own website as an alternative sales channel with same listings?

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

If your photos were taken from your website by others then that can happen too.  Etsy primarily looks at Shein, Temu, and other 3rd party type sites.  They love to take the photos they find from Etsy, from websites, wherever.

Honestly, it would be best to have different photos on each site.

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

And just to add, you need to talk to Etsy.  Etsy is not here.  Take the email and respond back that you still need help.  Find out if your photos were taken and issue those DMCA then let Etsy know.

Re: Creativity Standard Violation

I've checked my listing images in google to find clones and found them only my own alternative website which is owned by me.
I may guess that bot just found my website.

I would not open this topic and I am trying to talk to Etsy directly. But the problem is that they don't respond to my chat messages and support tickets.
