I am very worried about the situation with my shop. Four days ago, my shop was placed in temporary vacation mode because I had difficulties meeting customer service standards. I submitted an appeal, which was accepted by Etsy. A member of the Etsy team contacted me, stating: "To restore your shop, we need to verify your identity for security reasons." I quickly responded and provided the requested information.
However, since I submitted the information, I haven’t received any updates, and my shop is still in vacation mode. Additionally, at the bottom of my appeal submission, it says: "This request is complete. If you need further help, create a new request." Does this mean my request has been processed? My shop, however, is still on pause.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance, experiences, or suggestions on the steps I can take to resolve this situation.
