Etsy causing double listing

Today every time I list an item Etsy is listing it twice and charging me twice. Therefore I have to delete one listing. Anyone else having this problem?

@CoralsGalleria: Don't know the extent of the problem, but you could deactivate the duplicate listing and repurpose it for your next new listing.

Yes, its been happening to me too. I went on chat and their tech team are working on it, but they have no time frame. They will reimburse you if you report it and do screen shots. If you a re listing a lot, just deactivate the repeat listing and edit it, then save it to draft. Then activate it. If you save to draft first, it doesn't seem to double up. It's a pain, but Etsy are aware of the problem. Perhaps if you report it too, it will chivvy them up to do something about it...

Make sure not to click more than once.  If it appears not to post, wait and check first to see if you were charged before posting again.

Contact Etsy to let them know this is happening.  Give them the information,  If they don't realize there is a problem they won't know to fix it.  If it is only happening to some then Etsy won't see the problem.  You have to let them know and don't rely on the forums to alert Etsy.  These error threads are not always seen.
