Help needed.

A customer bought a pattern from me and paid but she hasn't had the download link for the PDF, I have looked in my account and the order is there, it shows the download link on the order invoice and says next to it 'not download' I have screenshots of the order that came through which has the file and the lady who bought the pattern sent me a screenshot showing no download file!! HELP! Thanks all

Can you just email it to her?

Send her a link to the 'Your downloads' page through the order page. If that doesn't work, I'd email it to her.

If she is trying to download from the app, she cannot.  She has to use a browser.

She can download from her purchase on the purchase page.  Etsy sends an email which she can use to get to the link.

You can send her the item via email or the link

Make sure that she is not trying to download it via the Etsy app, as that doesn't work.  She needs to use a browser, either on a PC or on her phone.
