Etsy ads have stopped working

Hi, has anyone ever experienced Etsy ads out of nowhere stop showing views and clicks and also results are not displaying in the market place?

I have been using Etsy ads for a while and I've always got views and clicks and when I ad new listings I get views within minutes. 

Today I increased my budget and since then i noticed strange behavior in my Ads for the next few hours (No new views on any listing)

I know there is definitely something wrong because I've used ads enough to know the behavior and daily patterns.

I have contacted support but yet to hear back from them, I'm guessing it may take a day or 2.

It started on Friday. It is very annoying and interferes with work. I got an automatic blah, blah, blah answer from technical support. For such a big company this is not serious.

same issue for me, since yesterday suddenly zero views, but still charged $3.74 for yesterday.

Ok Etsy, now I have 0's across the board. Day 3 now and yet was charged 80 dollars which is my highest ever and no sales to reflect it.....cmon! Searching for ads and even all my competitors ads aren't showing as much. There is a a severe ad issue going on here and I personally like to have the paperwork to show where my ad money is being spent. I also like to tweak it during the day depending on conversion. Stop taking our money and not doing your job Etsy! 

I suspect Monday this will be dealt with as someone likely has the weekend off!

Etsy is terrible when there are issues. really too bad they can allow something critical like ads go down the drain for a whole weekend and not having any idea what is going on.

Check your account...I bet they took money for ads anyway!  I did from my account.

I am suspending ads until they resolve the issue.

Oof that is bad. Someone replied about the timing of this. He was right.It could not be worse. They have to get their act together Fast!

I got 0 views and 0 ad clicks yesterday, yet this morning, they had extracted my daily budget amount from my account!

I am suspending ads until this is resolved.  I refuse to hand them money they do not earn.

I have turned off the ads. Maybe if a lot of people do it then Etsy will see there's a problem and finally fix it. Such a big company with revenues of billions and is not able to fix the problem for 2 days and give us a statement

Same here - zeroes across the board both yesterday and today. My ad budget is 25.00 a day, and normally it's all used. Now - crickets.

Same problem here, got 0 views, and 0 clicks today, and yet they charged me 0.32 Eur.

yes, i  checked my budget and right, etsy charged me for these two days with zeros all over the ads board...

i'm gonna pause the ads - hopefully it s a way to attract etsys attention

Actually, the ads are working (make a search and you’ll see) but the dashboard where Etsy shows us how many views, clicks etc we received is buggy, showing zeroes.

I just looked...not a single item that was an ad!  I ran through 3 different searches, several pages each.

no they are not working. I looked for mine and they are nowhere to be found in ads. actually, some searches had no ads at all. something is wrong. I just turned mine off while I think about what to do about this.

Same here. I know something is off with the stats, because I had a friend do a test search, and my listings did show up in the ads when she searched. Had her click on it, but my stats still said zero. 

This morning I turned ads off for a bit and then turned them back on - one thing I noticed was when I turned them back on, the max budget option was increased from $25 to $100? Maybe they are making some changes??? 

But still totally freaked!

My max budget is $200 and it has to do with what you normally use so that isn't it. chat support has no clue what is going on either.

Quick update - just checked the finances, and I did get charged for ads yesterday despite the stats showing 0 clicks and $0 spent....

I'm having the same problem, none of my stats are showing up for Etsy Ads.  Though it does show I made 2 sales from Ads yesterday.

Here on the forum, no one will fix anything and no one will return money to anyone for non-working advertising.
