Etsy ads have stopped working

Hi, has anyone ever experienced Etsy ads out of nowhere stop showing views and clicks and also results are not displaying in the market place?

I have been using Etsy ads for a while and I've always got views and clicks and when I ad new listings I get views within minutes. 

Today I increased my budget and since then i noticed strange behavior in my Ads for the next few hours (No new views on any listing)

I know there is definitely something wrong because I've used ads enough to know the behavior and daily patterns.

I have contacted support but yet to hear back from them, I'm guessing it may take a day or 2.

According to statistics, I have 0 views. But I have visitors, BUT 0 Sales. Something is wrong.

I have 0 across the board today.  I see ads only in listings.  No ad word in search.  I noticed the no ad words in listings a few days ago but the ads were being clicked on.   I looked today for two items I have ads for.  Placement a few days ago were on the first page.  Today they are not to be found at all within the first several pages.  I know sometimes I lose placement but I also noted others who have ads and are more active than I am and their ads are not to be found either. 

Cannot tell if there are ads in search or not.  I first assumed it was due to number shown but this occurs even in large searches.  I know Etsy tends not to show ads in small searches.  But medium or large ones nothing.

Oh well I'm off to see the wizard......  (grin)

I noticed the same no ad word on items in the main search. I just searched for red tee shirt and there were no ads on page one of search, then on page two the ads were there. Then I went back to page one and the ads were suddenly there on page one. Someone else mentioned earlier that on the first page of search results there were less rows of item results compared to page two, which is where the missing ads were supposed to be.

I usually spend $10/$30 USD daily on Ads and most times use all of my daily budget!

Today on both of my shops 0 Ad Views and 0 Clicks!

My sales have also drastically dropped over the last week (which I initially assumed was related to Shops re opening in the UK) but I think it has to do with Ads.

I have also launched a new shop yesterday selling Digital Downloads only and again, 0 ad clicks or views!

please get this fixed ASAP as we rely on our small businesses for a living!

And please... stop trialling so many Betas and new features as it really affects us!

Just an update;
I have just checked "Yesterday's stats" and there has definitely been activity. 
My stats show views and clicks but my "Etsy ads stats" still show big fat zeros "0"
Also, I have only got a reply from an automated message no actual support response as yet.

Same. Two orders today that show they came from ads though? All other ad stats big fat zeroes from yesterday afternoon on...

I check my ads each day throughout the day.  This morning I noticed that the ad stats wouldn't load at all.  Then when it finally did, it's been showing 0 across the board for all listings.  I think something's going on with the Etsy ads today.  Glad to know that it's not just happening on my end.

same for me. no ad $ used today at all and less than half yesterday. very concerning as it affects sales. I have checked and my products are not shown in ads.

Just adding that I am seeing the same thing in 3 Shops. Also I can see additional information on the Ads page - 3 more columns with "Click Rate", ROAS" data displayed alongside every Listing and, also, an "On / Off" Toggle Button to turn ads on or off from this page instead of through "Manage Advertised Listings" tab or on the Listing itself. Perhaps more changes are coming or these changes have triggered some other unexpected consequences? My daily spend has been declining steadily for about 2 weeks. Used to be 100% was used every day but recently it has been closer to 30-50%.

What I wanted to add is that I have just checked the Shops affected and there has been no Visit or View activity since 9 pm last night (last 5 hours)

I've also noticed this problem, starting yesterday. Glad I'm not alone. I have googled some things but hopefully it will be resolved soon, if its everyone having this problem.

Same with me. Obviously a technical issue. I've only just starting using etsy ads just over a month and it I got 11 orders I think some of which were my higher priced prints. However I do also spend time on FB business page to direct people to my etsy too. I use FB as a sort of blog to engage with customers and etsy is my sales place. All takes a lot of work and a lot of time to keep yourself up there.

I first thought it depends on my new articles, but I have exactly the same problem. 0 views, 0 costs, all zero. Good to know that others have the same problem.

I also have the same problem.  I started running ads on Friday.  Zero ad displays since Friday.
