Etsy Search all incorrect

My views have been down massively the last few days.

Upon searching for my bestsellers i have found these are absolutely nowhere to be found in search.

I ranked top for several items in my etsy shop under several different searches for each item.

Now for example when i type in 'football water bottle' in search (i had a best seller in this search on page 1) i have got all the way to page 84 (the last page) My item is nowhere to be found!

Is there a issue with etsy search at the moment?

I got also similar issue today. Some of my listings disappears in search results, I still can't see the listings after browsed 100+ pages. And those listings even can not be searched in my own shop.

I even searched football water bottles in my own shop and they dont come up!!!

But yet if i click on 'all' they come up!

I am so confused!

When I search "personalized football water bottle," I see a shop selling images exactly the same as yours.  If these are your original drawings, you might look into that.

Hi, no they are purchased files from a designer several people sell them but my listing are totally gone yet there still active in my shop.

If i search in my shop they dont even come up!

do they show up with other search terms?

etsy does block best sellers from their main search term, and has, on-and-off  for years, for me, it's on-and-off, for others it's a permanent block

it's not down in search, it's not there at all,

you can check by giving it a weird price, like 11.71, then filter on price

no i have checked every search term possible.

and if i search my own shop they dont even come up!

in your shop search, and each time it showed me items in your shop, including the football water bottle which is your bestseller

edited ..... ooops, sorry the girls one came up, not your bestseller

Thats odd because both me & hubby tried and it only brings up one water bottle which is the girls version.

But my bestselling is the boy version.

the notification delay on the forums is terrible at the moment, no, it did no come up in search

Ive just sent them an email.

I stated i am not the only seller experiencing this issue.

Hopefully will get a response soon.

Whenever I search for any of my items a few of them come up on the first page. I thought the kind etsy bot was just throwing a few of mine in the mix to make me feel better *laugh emoji*

do they know there is a issue?

or are they clueless? haha!

How did you manage to speak to a live agent?

Just thinking if i report the issue to them they might move abit quicker!
