Etsy Removed Handmade Listing for Creativity Standards

Hello Everyone, 

One of my most popular listings was removed by Etsy the other day. I got an email stating that the listing was not with Etsy's creativity standards. My pottery is completely handmade and designed by me only in my studio. I requested a call back and talked to an agent who told me they would take care of it within a couple of days but I have not heard from Etsy, going on 5 days now. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?
