Is there any way to contact Etsy other than the get help?

I'm trying to resolve a security issue and none of the get help options fit my needs. I tried to use a few of the options but I needed to fill out the required section and it does not apply to my Issue. This is a security issue with personal data showing up in etsy searches which I would like removed. If anyone has any info on how I should go about doing this it would be much appreciated.

Contact us under Help in the shop manager.  Use teh closest to your topic and look for "I still need help".

Send email.  Chat can't do anything for this.

What kind of personal information is showing up?  That truly is odd.  I've not heard of this happening in 10+ years,

You do have seller details which EU and UK buyers would see.  Is this the information showing up in search?  Since you don't ship to either areas you can remove those details.

Thank you for the information. My full mailing address and phone # show up for a few listings. I ship only to Canada and the US. This information is showing in in etys google search. I rather not give all the details as I don't want to draw attention, I wish to have this information removed.

I tried the chat but did not receive a response. I've also sent an emailed to legal@etsy.com but no response either, I'm not sure if this is an active email I saw it listed on a old forum post.
