Not getting badges even thou I’ve hit target.

I have never got the speedy reply badge even thou I have replied to all messages within 24h. It comes up as no one has messaged me.

You can't get any badges if you do not meet the $300 minimum in sales.

Was your first sale at least 90 days ago?

How to Become a Star Seller – Etsy Help

They don't award the star in the middle of the month.   If you hit all the targets just recently, then you'd get the badge on October 1st.

@SignatureEngraved: Based on the dates of your reviews, you may not qualify yet. Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
