Just noticed my Chat option is missing. I've been a star seller since they started it. Has this happened to anyone else, or is something going on that I'm not aware of?

I can see it. I also saw it at 7am UK time, and it’s only supposed to be active during the afternoon.

Mine is still there in the lower right corner of my dashboard and I'm not a Star Seller this month!

Do you mean the live chat assistance? It's not available at certain hours.

Yes, the live chat. I didn't know that. Do you know what the hours are by chance?

Not sure about the hours, I'm in Italy it's 8 pm and the chat button is still available. 

Another thing, the button doesn't appear on every page, for example I don't see it when I'm on Etsy's home page or when I'm looking at a listing. It works when I go to my dashboard, sales page, messages page, star seller page, stats, growth tips, finances, marketing and integrations.

Bingo! I never noticed that before. I just went to my dashboard and it's there. Thanks so much @ClaimYourselfJewelry
