Wrong price major issue

Hello,

Major issues going on for me about listing prices.

For example, I have an item at a Domestic (Canada) price of 23.25USD, and an "Everywhere else" price of 22.50USD, which is the price that should be displayed and charged to the US buyers, for example.

However, the price shown to US buyers is 23.25USD. Yes, I switched my settings to USA and USD, refreshed, and it's still showing the wrong price.

I asked a friend in Seattle to go to my shop and check, and he sees 23.25USD as well.

I then thought it's a weird bug, so i edited the listing to modify something else since the price is accurate in the listing editing page, then saving the listing again. After a little bit of time, many refreshes, i even tried a different browser, the price is stuck at 23.25USD. It WIL NOT UPDATE and show the correct price whatever I do.

I went to check recent orders of this item, as well as other items showing wrong prices, and customers were indeed charged the wrong price of 23.25USD as well. Not cool to them

HELP with this bug would be much appreciated!

Re: Wrong price major issue

@neawear: Sadly, this is a long term ongoing issue as evidenced by the many posts in the forum. You are rather unique in that your domestic price is higher than your everywhere price so at least you are not taking a financial hit for this glitch. Whether or not it is affecting your sales is almost impossible to determine but at least you can refund the buyer for the difference, you do not have to chase after Etsy to compensate you.

Re: Wrong price major issue

The only reason why my Domestic price is higher is because Etsy took away the taxes tool, and so I have to include (the highest province's) taxes in my domestic price, which in itself is forcing me to do something illegal and ugh i'm getting rilled up lol... But yes, before the tax debacle, it would indeed be lower for Domestic.

I did notice before that Etsy modified my "everywhere else" prices on many items, mimicking the Domestic price. But unlike the item I mentioned in my example (where the listing price and shown price don't match), the price showed to the US buyer is indeed the "inflated price" so at the very least, they do match (even tho they are incorrect, they do match, unlike this other item).

I guess i'm late to the "what is this!?!?!?" party lol... This is so f'ed up! Why won't they do anything, it's insane!
