ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

Orders not loading on apple platforms. Contact Etsy it says if this continues … still not loading

There have been issues mentioned by sellers using IOS for the paste few days. Are you able to access your dashboard via a browser? It might be the only option, until it is fixed

@RaySkene  I'm using an iMac and my dashboard is loading just fine.

I also am unable to open the seller app on my samsung device. All of yesterday, and still today!

Me too, very frustrating and I have an iPhone as well.

App will not load anything even after installing update that was posted yesterday. Logged me out of this shop yet kept another one signed in, but won’t load anything on any of them.
