ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

Yes I had to delete the app and reinstall it.

My iPhone Etsy seller app has been down since yesterday. The menu works but home, messages, orders and listings show an error message I.e.

“There was a problem loading your dashboard” and “if this keeps happening, contact Etsy support”

Sucks that this is the only support option. Is anyone else experiencing this. Very inconvenient. I cannot get my mobile Kpi update fix. And processing/shipping took an extra 20 min as per I had to use my computer.

Es hilft App zu deinstalieren und neue instalieren. Habe gerade das gemacht. Funktioniert wieder.

I can't even open the Seller app on my iPad.

I have an iphone and the Etsy app is working on it.   Check to see if you need to update your OS as mine updated 2 days ago.

We are having the same issue.  My phone is updated and I powered my phone on and off.  It didn't help.

I was having the same issue, uninstalling and reinstalling the app has seemed to fix the problem.

Same thing as happening to me right now! Were you able to resolve this?? I need to access my orders that came in overnight.!! Please tell me if you found a solution

I just completely uninstalled the app and re-installed them an it is working now.
