ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

I still can't log in to the app. it says I don't have any shop associated. I already have updated, deleted  and install again and still nothing. I have a Google Pixel

This problem is still an issue. What are the updates? 
Removed and reinstall app to no avail. It’s going on 3 days without any insight from team. Please follow up. Thanks.

Hi everyone,  I have followed the help recommendations, but my phone App is not loading correctly - it just started today.  The app opens up fine, but the pages are not working. It says there is a problem loading...orders/listings/messages/dashboard depending on which link I click.  I cannot access anything or see how to fix it!  Any suggestions?  Many Thanks

Mines the same too since I updated my iPhone to iOS 18.6, if it doesn’t resolve by this evening I’m going to delete the seller app and reinstall hopefully that will work

We've tried all we know to try and still nothing.  Our app won't open at all.  The only thing we haven't tried is closing down this app and try setting up a whole new one.  Has anyone tried this?  Thankful for the good old desktop!

Same problem on iPhone. I’ve tried updating my iPhone OS, restarting my phone, looking for app updates (there are none). Someone on Reddit suggested switching accounts to the same account but that didn’t work. Come on Etsy!

IPHONE 15- I have two stores and one store disappeared from the app (without me doing anything) and it won't let me log it back in on the app. This did seem to happen after the latest ios update yesterday so that may be the correlation, but my phone worked earlier in the day after the update. This is all up to Etsy to fix at this point.

There was a seller app update (Android) just now, and it is still not working. The orange buyer's app also had an update, and that works OK.

I am also having this issue, android sell on etsy. I still get notifications however I am not able to access messages, home, orders or listings. I can access the "more" tab however.

I am also on Android. I deleted the seller app and reinstalled it, which solved it for me and has done so for other sellers.

I have an iphone. I had the same problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The problem was solved.
