Downloads not working

Are you trying to download them to your computer from your listings?

Hi, sorry im not very tech savy. 

I'm on my phone app.. in listings.. I click on create listing at top right hand side and all it does is keep bringing my current listings up. 

I've also tried ( as I normally do) Google search for etsy manager, it brings old screen up ,I click listings , click the plus button...I put in details but when I go to add a photo it is simply not doing anything or saying anything.  I would just like to know how this can be resolved its been 2 days now, I have new items to list..its costing me money and etsy is also loosing money..  im extremely frustrated!

@CraftydollsByPaula: Many people are suggesting using a browser (even your mobile browser) instead of the app.

@CraftydollsByPaula   Yes, it can be an issue with the blue Seller app.

Try this - Google   etsy.com - look for the link that says Etsy official website, and don't log in with the app.  You will need to enter your user name and login.  Then you should see the site that looks and behaves very much like a computer/desktop version.

If you still are not able to do that, do you have any access to a computer?

* Also - on the app when it brings up your current listings - you don't see a (+ create)  button in the upper right, to add a new listing?

Have you tried to copy an existing listing?  Tap on a listing, and in the upper right, tap the three dots and select "copy"

Try using your desktop/laptop to create any listings and upload your photos to see if that'll work. I find it easier that way than using the app.
