Digital custom orders

I created 2 private custom orders as physical products because there was no option to choose digital. Now the evaluation for Star Seller has a new goal set for shipping that of course is not being met. This doesn't make sense because I don't sell physical products. Can you please fix this?

I'm pretty sure any digital listing will not qualify for the SS program.

That being said, there is another way to do "made to order" digitals -

You cannot create private digital listings, they are for physical listings only.

You should do as @PillowDetails  suggests above instead of using the create a custom listing button.

• Private listings can not be created for digital items. If you want to offer a custom digital item, consider setting up made-to-order digital listings in your shop.
