bell at top of my shop not working

Bell doesnt show anything at this time. It had sales, favorite items in my shop..but not showing in my shop

The Updates bell only has a number on it when there are new items. You can always click on it to see the past notifications, up to a certain point (which I think is 3 weeks or a month, but I'm not sure about that). The Updates bell does not show favorites in your own shop. It only shows updates on your favorites in other people's shops. It's working fine for me at the moment.

My notification bell only shows new sales and new messages. When I complete the sale and respond to the message the number decreases. It seems to be working correctly - notifying me of things that require an action on my part.

I favored a few things and some people favored my stuff and still dont see any change
