I submitted my application for the design awards but did not receive email confirmation or a page after submitting that said it was successfully submitted. That seems off. How can I find out if it was submitted?
Hello there!
Just a quick reminder about our community policy regarding posting in old threads. We noticed you recently posted in an inactive thread. We prefer not to revive threads without recent replies. This is to keep the forums organized and focused on current discussions, making it more engaging for all.
If a thread hasn't received replies in months or even years, please hold off on posting in it. Start a new discussion for your specific question or topic instead. Thanks for understanding and keeping our community awesome.

It may take awhile to arrive. Give it some time.
I hope you used the email address associated with your shop.
Did you enter? If so did you have a similar experience?
Thanks. I did
Your work is beautiful! I wish you good luck!
Oh gosh, thank you Jocelyn!
Yes, this happened to me too! I'm just hoping it has submitted!
Okay! Thanks for the reply @JewelsAndRituals
Thanks everyone!
Couple of things on one advert for the Design Awards the top prize is $25k and on the submission for $20k
The email service is not reliable some messages get through some do not, one is left wondering why that should be the case. When for instance person 'a' sends a message on thursday and it gets through then the same person'a' sends you a message on friday and it does not get through, Weird.
I had the same issue. When I hit SUBMIT, it sent me back to a blank application. Ugh!
Me too, it came back to the form, but them when I began to redo it, and entered my shop name, it said "this shop has already been submitted". I hope the email verification comes before the deadline..I'm so nervous that it didn't go through properly..
That happened to me too. So I did it all again and same thing. Now I don't know if it is in twice.
@HeirloomBabyStore you replied to a very old thread, which gets the threads closed down and your issues may get lost.
If you request help, start a new thread or read the forum to see which other sellers have had the same issues.

Ok, I figured out what I did wrong the first time and maybe you did too...
avoid the SUBMIT button at the top right of the screen. Its just there asking you to start a submission. If you are in the process of applying, always scroll to the bottom of each page and click on those buttons
Thanks. Yep, I did scroll and use the buttons on the bottom. Still a mystery if I submitted properly and if they got it. So SOOOO stupid
Has anyone else had this happen? Bump
