Dashboard Not Updating Recent Activity

My Etsy App Is Indicating Recent Activity for my shop and indicates to me exactly what that activity is...however when I go to Dashboard there is no Recent Activity showing there! The Dashboard Recent Activity has not updated for the past several hours!  Both on the app and my personal computer.  Anyone else experiencing this?

I've seen the recent activity show up correctly for the past 10 years, this is something that's not happened in the past.

I haven't had Recent Activity for 15 hours.

Mine hasn't been accurate in weeks.  It shows 7 visits, but if you go into details, it shows zero.

Set your stat view to 30 days and then back to today. That will clear the false info.

Hi, the same has been happening here. For about a week 'Recent Activity' is not updating, 'Stats Overview' is fine though. 

I had friends favouriting items to test it and it does not show up on the dashboard. 

I would love to hear from the community or etsy support how I can fix this problem!

my stats dont work. Google analytics and Erank both tell me that I have traffic from pinterest - Etsy says I have none in the same time period.

My stats are 100% wrong on Etsy.

I have talked to Erank and they tell me that they are having a problem with getting stat information FROM Etsy API in the UK -- so that proves to me that Etsy is having a problem with stats in the UK

Etsy has problems with all their stats.
It depends on the day as to what works or does not work.

Use Google Stats if you really want accurate stats.

dealing with activity not updating right now. seems there hasnt been a fix yet except potentially for waiting. wondering if i should try to contact etsy about the problem
