I was wondering if anyone (moderators or otherwise) can help.
I am a lampshade designer and I have been trading on Etsy for approx. 10 years, recently I decided to go VAT registered and Etsy requested some documentation to verify this.
Even though I have now sent them my documents, nobody is responding to my emails and I’m still placed in holiday mode and unable to trade. Although not my only source of business (I have my own website as well) this is impacting my monthly turnover. It’s been over a week since I sent the documents and nobody is responding to my emails despite emailing continuously when they requested the documents.
It is extremely concerning and I really need them to contact me so I can start trading again.
Any help appreciated.
