I contacted Etsy support via chat last Friday, my daily deposit hadn't gone through to my bank as expected. They informed me that they couldn't see a reason for this (all details are verified and connected) and the finance department manually sent my money and said it must have been a one-off glitch. Monday this week, deposit left my account later than it usually would and didn't clear into my bank until the evening which is unusual for me but it was received so all good.
Cut to yesterday, deposit stated it was due to transfer that day, but once it went past midday the predicted day of transfer changed to the following day and the money stayed in my Etsy account. I contacted chat again and got someone that wasn't as helpful as the first guy, she just said I wasn't the only one to be having this issue and they were looking in to it, I asked them to manually transfer as they had on Friday and she cut me off. Today's money has done the same as yesterdays, said it was due to deposit today, then as soon as midday came it has changed to tomorrow's date and the money is stuck again. Chat isn't working for me so was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and have you heard from Etsy at all? I am Uk and bank account is with HSBC.
@BoBelles yes we had our weekly deposit set to February 16, 2025 and the system seems to have automatically changed it to February 17, 2025 for no reason we can understand. We will have to check tomorrow and ensure the money is sent. Seemed to have happened right in conjunction with that mysterious "1." appearing after all our listings a few days back. Probably a stitch went awry in their eternal "testing".
@BuyfromGroovy Etsy will not transfer on the 16th as that is a Sunday. Monday is a holiday in Canada I believe so Etsy won't transfer then.
Are you reaching the minimum with your request. Orders that come in the day before or in the evening usually don't count towards being able to be transferred. What does your account say? Are the transferable funds over the amount needed to be sent.
There were some problems with UK banks earlier in the week that may have contributed to this. From the looks it seems to have been solved.
This is not a problem with banks and it has not been solved.
All those who have not received deposits are waiting for the money to arrive in their bank account.

I have the same issue with weekly deposits, on the day the transfer should be made, the date has changed to the following week. Each week my balance is over £500, my card details are up to date etc.
These are the most common things to check ......
you are above the daily deposit threshold
the date in the billing section on etsy for your card is in date, ie the date on etsy has been updated to the card date
the finances section does not say you are on hold, or reserve

As the problem was Tuesday last week, this was posted Wednesday, and today is Monday the following week .... are you fixed?
I have the same issue but with weekly payments, on the day my funds are set to transfer it gives a payment date of a week away, so in effect my payments are bi weekly rather than weekly. I have to keep requesting my funds be transferred manually, this has been for 2 weeks now and it's causing havoc with cash flow.

My Bank is the Coop bank, my payment details are upto date, no reserve or anything weird on my account, this has been going on for 2 weeks now
same issue here. Payments normally like clockwork. This time, I have the ‘sent to your bank email etc…..’ but no funds have arrived. Deeply frustrating.

It's so sad. What's even worse is that there is no seller support for such a major issue!
