Not receiving messages

I’ve phoned Etsy support multiple times, my messages are often being sent to spam. I’ve been on Etsy since 2008 so the support staff suggesting clients are now somehow marking messages as spam does not seem valid. There is a major glitch which could be costing me and others plenty , not acceptable eith the high fees we pay ..when will this be addressed and fixed ???? It’s going on 2 months this has been happening

There is no phone number for Etsy support so I’m unsure who you spoke to but it wasn’t Etsy.

Are you "cold calling" people who favourite your items?

Are you initiating messages with people instead of letting them message you with questions?

This can definitely get your messages muted.
