Custom Order

Hi I have created a custom order and the customer says she has paid and has a screen shot of the confirmation of her order but I have not received the order. 

The listing is still showing as unsold my end.

It is quite allot of money and I do not know wat to do?  

It is impossible contacting Etsy!!

@SarahSeaGifts   You know what may have happened - some payment methods, like Paypal - require you to return to Etsy to complete the final step.  Some people forget to do that, and it will show as a pending payment on their end, but nothing on your end.

Tell your Buyer this, and they should verify it shows in their Etsy account under their purchases.

Hi thank you all sorted now.  There was no problem in the end but the payment just took several hours to go through.
