Star seller dispatched on time wrong stats

Hi - I just checked all my orders and they have a ref number in them all for tracking so not sure why I only got 79% as everything is dispatched on time and the ones which are on there were all dispatched - can someone please advise / help - thank you x

Hey There!

 

To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as late, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

@Former_Member  :  How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Did you check the CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is missing?  If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Our experience is that the CSV file is often behind reality. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and to verify that the tracking number is valid) and often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated.
