Convo Saved Responses Not Clickable

Along with the 'update progress' button not working, the button, inside messages/convos - to use a quick response - is not working, either.

Yes, same for us.  No drop down arrow buttons are working.  Tried different browsers and doesn't work in any of them.

I posted earlier about the unresponsive saved replies button. Started this a.m.

Same here; responsive in some browsers, not responsive in others. Updating browser, uninstalling browser, clearing cache and browser data- nothing works. Fix it Etsy. Fix what wasn't broken until this morning.

I tried all those things too - very frustrating especially on a busy holiday!

nothing.. doesn't work the arrow near the customer's name, i can't see the mail

I can still access saved messages directly on the message page, just not on the orders page. So you could grab a reply there if needed.

I have all of my saved replies pasted in a text file too. Seems like they weren't accessible due to a glitch years ago & I made an external list. Not very convenient!

Non funziona il tasto per visionare la mail del cliente, non funziona il tasto per le risposte rapide, non funziona il tasto per chiudere un ordine e inserire il tracking!!
