Complete Order window is not opening and I am unable to add tracking details for the order. I have 3 orders to ship today, but can't add the tracking details. Due to this my "On-time shipping and tracking" percentage will be affected. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.
Are you sure it is not opening? I thought that a couple of days ago and then found I now have to scroll down to add the tracking number. I think they have added something to the middle of the page but not sure.
I usually buy Etsy labels so it is automatic but that day I was combining 2 orders so went over to the 2nd to add tracking.
Yes, the pop-up window where we add the tracking details is not opening. It is giving an error:
"Hmm. Something went wrong. Try refreshing, but if this persists contact support."
Try clearing your cache files and restarting your browser.
It is not working in different browsers or mobile device.
Others were reporting this yesterday, long time sellers so they know what they are doing.
"Starting on March 28th, 2024, sellers in India will no longer be able to purchase shipping labels directly from Shop Manager. Because of this, sellers in India won't be required to use shipping labels purchased through Etsy to complete domestic orders.
Sellers in India can still use their preferred carrier service to ship items to buyers. When managing an order in Shop Manager, manually input the tracking number of a shipping label purchased off-Etsy when marking an order complete"
Clearly there is an error if it won't allow you to mark as complete. Contact etsy.
I've seen at least 2 other posts from sellers in India with the same issue. Perhaps if you keep these threads at the top of the forum then they will get noticed. Also contact Etsy Support directly via the shop manager (Help > Contact us). Sending screen shots with step by step details will help the tech team to investigate the problem.
