Cannot add new listing

I get an error message when choosing when product was made, then another error message when I add the title. For title it states that certain characters cannot be used. I am not using those characters in the title. I've tried both Chrome & Safari which are each up to date, no success. I've cleared history even deleted and reinstalled Chrome, restarted computer with no success.

Hi, Are you using the new listing form, or did you switch back to the old listing form? I have never used the new one; have always switched back. The old one is much more user friendly and streamlined.

Well, i just choose "add a listing" and go from there. It is a bit weird the way it works tho. I'll check again, thank you.

I cancelled out of the first window that comes up and then I determined that it was a copy/paste issue with the title for some reason. I typed the title in  and deleted the copied one and then there was no error message. Strange.

I just had this problem tonight too.  I was copy/pasting it too.  I erased it and typed it out and it worked.  

No clue why, but thankful it worked.
