Unable to process my order on Etsy

I an indian seller and from yesterday Itself I am getting an error while process my orders. On 29th March Etsy say they have disable the Shipping label service for all indian seller. But while updating the tracking manually they are not allowing to do as well.

Is anyone facing the same issue while processing the orders?

Hi, we are Indian sellers too. The etsy shipping label service seems to be shut or being upgraded. We are unable to complete orders as well. Please raise a ticket with etsy support. If more than 40~50% orders are overdue, etsy may put the shop on vacation.

I'm unable to complete my orders as well. Are you facing this problem only for shipping within India, or are you facing this problem for ALL orders?

The second I click the "Complete Order" button, I get an error saying "Hmm. Something went wrong"...Do you see the same? I have over 30 overdue orders at the moment due to this.

@BlushBridesCo    @RegalosDeCuero  - I do not know if this is the problem - but all I see in your shops is PayPal as the payment method.
I believe the majority of shops located in India had to get set up to accept Etsy Payments, thru Payoneer, by the end of January. If you haven't done this that may be the reason why you can't get labels.

Etsy Payment yet not been issue to all sellers in India, Etsy payment is still in process. I have already been notify by Etsy that there is a technical error from there end and they are resolving it. This happens due to Shipping setting change by Etsy for all the indian Sellers on 29th March 2024

"Starting on March 28th, 2024, sellers in India will no longer be able to purchase shipping labels directly from Shop Manager. Because of this, sellers in India won't be required to use shipping labels purchased through Etsy to complete domestic orders.

Sellers in India can still use their preferred carrier service to ship items to buyers. When managing an order in Shop Manager, manually input the tracking number of a shipping label purchased off-Etsy when marking an order complete"

Clearly there is an error if it won't allow you to mark as complete. Contact etsy.

Yes, it seems the problem is due to etsy labels. Once the complete order button is pressed it takes you to the page for etsy shipping labels which is not disabled. It is not linked to the earlier page where we can simply put the tracking numbers.

We have contacted etsy, hope they can solve the problem soon as it is a technical glitch.

Any idea as to when will etsy payments issue will get resolved? My customers are unable place an order because paypal has been removed and payoneer is also activated but same is not reflecting on etsy
