Code not received for 2FA login

Hello, 

I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue receiving 2FA messages today, 11/24. I am not receiving the 2FA number.

Yes, I just experienced the same. I  had to use one of my back up codes in order to log in just now.

Are you still experiencing the issue? By any chance are you on Tmobile?

I thought it had resolved, but I still seem to be experiencing the issue. I am able to use my back up codes, but it would be nice to figure out why I'm not getting the code.

Yes, I am still experiencing the 2FA issue today as well, and on the same network as you.

@HappyRobotTees: Don't know if this applies to you, but there have been reports that if you are logged in on another device it may affect the delivery of the 2FA code.

Thank you for that information. That doesn't appear to be the issue in this situation.

I have been trying to get in touch with Etsy help. So, hopefully I can get a resolution shortly.
