Buyer can't checkout

Hi, wondered if anyone could help. I've had 3 customers today telling me that they can't checkout items from my store.

Something to with when they select the options and add it to basket its asking them to make the selection again 

Anyone else having this issue?

@DesignedHope: There are quite a few recent threads about this in this forum - it does not appear that there has been any response from Etsy yet.

@DesignedHope  I am having the same issue and contacted support about this. They say that it is a know issue in the Etsy app and everything should work fine on a laptop or phone browser. I tried this myself and the regular site (both laptop and phone browser) seems to be working indeed. 

So if they reach out to you, direct them outside the Etsy buyer app and navigate to your shop in a regular browser, that should work.
