Clients are getting "unable to complete order" when checking out

I don't see anything on my shop manager page and unsure why this is happening for my store - any help to get things back in order would be great!

If they then ask you for your email or financial information, they are scammers. I was able to add one of your items to my cart so I don't see what the problem might be.

J ai le même problème depuis 1 mois: aucune vente, et 4 demande pour savoir mon email, pour finaliser une commande. Ça devient pénible....

@revesenstock Requests for email to finalize order are FRAUD.  Buyers do not need your email to buy.

Scammers and thieves want your email so they can take the conversation off Etsy and convince you to hand over your login information, your bank information, and your card number.

It's a scam.

@BrethrenThreads Likely those messages are from scammers.  If someone contacts you and says they need your email or phone number to complete a sale, they are lying.

It is my parents, lol not scammers.

Just to clear it up, they are receiving an email stating it is cancelled, and not getting anything first saying it is declined due to credit card, etc..
