Star Seller Tracking

I have several orders where I have tracking information and Etsy aren't recognising it so it looks like I will lose my star seller badge as a result.

How did you buy the postage, did you enter the tracking numbers yourself?

I have the same issue - I sometimes have to enter the tracking numbers manually and these are not recognized and show up as missing tracking information

@VictorianSocks  as long as the carrier is one that Etsy recognizes then even manually adding tracking works, I do it all the time with India registered Post.

You have to put the tracking number in, before the dispatch by date,

for star seller, etsy even recognises the QR numbers, on non-tracked items - they have done this since a major upgrade in November last year.

and now, they also show the delivery scan on the non-tracked QR numbers (if the postie bothers to scan them)

@Greenbanks: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order and our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file and Etsy stats correctly show tracking and shipment status. An unsupported shipping company or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
