I noticed a significant drop in orders and views and realized my case review rating had changed to 100%. When I contacted Customer Service, they informed me it was an app glitch and that the correct rating was 1%. However, after further investigation, neither the representative nor I could identify any cases that would contribute to this 1% rating.
I have spoken with representatives via phone and chat, and they recommended bringing this concern to this forum. As this issue is impacting the visibility of my shops, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

this is a forum for Etsy sellers. Etsy customer support send you here to get you off the phone . We cant resolve this for you .
That’s exactly what I thought! I asked them how a public forum could address the issue with my isolated account, and they explained that tech support monitors the forum and would assist. However, that response seemed quite inaccurate to me.
The only "assist" you might get is admin will close your thread and say your concerns will be forwarded to a "team specialist" and your inquiry will be handled privately.
