Cant type messages in on my phone to new customers

Currently I cannot reply to any messages or use the voice to text feature on my phone when replying to messages. I have a Samsung Note. However, I can type in text within my shop using a desktop computer, is anyone else running into this?

Can you try entering your shop through your phone’s browser (not the app)?

I can't  type messages on my shop page on the Etsy website on Firefox on my Samsung phone but I can type replies through the Sell on Etsy app on my phone.
