Cant load a video

It appears today is just not cooperating with me. I am having such trouble loading a video. It keeps saying "could not add video if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support". Ok Etsy support I'm contacting you can you help? Thanks

Sad to say but you're not contacting Etsy support here.
"This space is for peer-to-peer support on technical issues."

If you want to contact support you have to go through the HELP pages and then it might take days or weeks to get a reply or any help.
Shop manager > help > contact us > select a topic.

Don't bother contacting Etsy Support for photos or videos not loading. They will tell you that you are doing something wrong but you aren't. Just keep trying and it eventually works. Most of the time it loads fine, occasionally I will get that message.
