Why Do I Keep Getting "Access Denied" messages?

Hi everybody! I have had my shop, SistersSentiments, on Etsy since February, and have been a part of the seller community for well over a month now. I am always signed into my account, but everytime I click one of the prompts on my shop Dashboard (the one this week is about Mother's Day), it says Access Denied, and will not let me view the forums anymore! Can anybody help me fix this? It would be such a help!
(I'm always signed in when this happens, too.)

I am having the same problem.  It states that I need to be logged in to access the seller forums, but I AM logged in.

When Etsy changed how the forums are viewed, many sellers lost access to every section.

@BlessedJerseyRoots Logging out and back in is not going to fix the problem.  You and @artCreatorLeague need to post a reply on the linked OP so that the forum moderator is aware that you can't access all the forum sections.

@AuroraSphere Yes, you have to add your shop name to the list so that the forum moderator is made aware that you can't access the whole forum.

I cannot access the forum.  I completely logged out and back in and still denied access.
