Cannot upload listing pictures

Hello there,

This morning I tried to create a new listing, but for some reason Etsy gives an error when I try to upload my listing files.

I don't do anything different from what I usualy do, and I tried different file formats, but I keep getting the same error.

Does anybody have the same issue?

I just uploaded a few photos to a few of my listings without issue.

I have also not been able to add pictures to new listing for over a week now, I have over 100 listing then all of a sudden the upload picture just stopped working. No notification, nothing, click and nothing happens, there's I have tried to find customer support but doesn't exist so I am pleading for help here

I am im the same situation, I have over 100 listing, then randomly the upload picture button just stopped responding. No notifications no nothing, there isn't any Custer support for etsy so I honestly don't know what to do other than delete my store

Same thing has been happening to me. My way around this glitch is that when in the listing instead of choosing upload I click take picture instead and take the listing pictures through the Etsy app. However now all my new listings say my pictures are a factor for search visibility because they are not high enough resolution.  Even though it is through Etsy's app!

I’m having trouble with Etsy app on my phone, bit with uploading photos and with them being “not high enough resolution” when I finally get them uploaded. I have retaken photos and it’s still telling me the same thing. Very discouraging.
