I was awarded the other 2 badges for star seller status. Even though for the 2nd month in a row my message response rate shows 100% I am not being awarded a badge for it and therefore am not being granted star seller again! any ideas on what the issue could be??
I have seen shops permanently lose their star seller status due to policy violations. You have a lot of infringing products. Could this be the reason for losing star seller? Just guessing.
@LYTInfinitydesigns: "any ideas on what the issue could be??" Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service (Star Seller page) (previous period for January Star) to see which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late?
As an aside, you need to include YOUR licensing information for the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. The Etsy and intellectual property (IP) owners' bots check titles, descriptions, tags, and images for IP theft. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.
Check the previous CSV for messages that may have been missed. Also if you answer a message from the order and not from messages, the message in orders does not count for answering the message in messages.
Are you sure you are looking at the previous calculation which is the one you need to look at and it is the second tab. The one that's instantly visible is for the upcoming period.
