Cannot load photos on app

Cannot load photos using the app - fine on desktop. Anyone else?

I was just coming on here to say the same thing.  Glad to know its not my phone! I just don't want to go through the hassle of sending the photos to my laptop but if I don't want to wait for it to be resolved I might have to.

I also only upload photos to Etsy on the app. I do not want to send them to my laptop and have them all on there. Such a pain. Right now the app is only offering the ability to upload Videos! Which I have no interest in doing. I do not like the videos.

BTW... it took the video just fine.  Nothing happens when I tap on add photos.

I have been having the same issue since Saturday 1/27/24. When I press the add photo icon...nothing happens! What is going on with Etsy's seller app? Please help!

I also can not upload photos on the app and I need to. It only offers the option to upload a video and I do not want to upload a video. help ETSY!!!! How do I UPLOAD IMAGES FROM THE ETSY SELLER APP!

Does Etsy actually monitor these forums?   I'm having this problem too.  I've read multiple thread and haven't seen any response from the Etsy Team?
