Photo button on app not working

I am trying to upload listing photos from my phone and the photo button on the app isn't working. I can delete the exiting photos but not add new photos. This worked in November and now doesn't work. Nothing changed on my end. Help!

I may not understand what you mean by Mobile Browser" but I logged into my account thru Google - etsy.com and brought up a listing and the photo button isn't working  in the browser either.  Am I doing something wrong?

My phone's browser does the same thing, the photo button is unresponsive.  

I have to email the photos to myself and download them on my PC, which is very time consuming and frankly not efficient.

This just started this morning. I have deactivated my listings to update photos now I cant upload them.

This started last night for me. No changes were made by me, and it was working fine prior to this. The 'upload photo' is unresponsive.

While it may work to use a browser, it is a time drain to move photos from my phone to my PC, and then modify the listing. 

I hope they fix this quickly, or I may have to explore moving my shop to eBay.

I did consider that, but felt like transferring to PC might be a little easier, seeing as how I'd be having to zoom in so much on the mobile browser to navigate the shop manager. Probably takes around the same amount of time, though.

I tried using my phones browser and it did the same thing, photo button isn't working on the phone.  I had to move all the photos to my PC and transfer them to get it to work.

Same with me on one of my androids, iPhone is fine but one Samsung isn’t uploading photos. 

I can copy, delete old photos and then can not add….

It’s very frustrating and annoying as I can not add to my store. 
Hope etsy resolve this asap !

It's been 3 weeks now and still not working,how many people have to report the very same issue before someone at Etsy takes notice?!

This issue is driving me crazy. I do not have a desk top to use. I have deleted photos but can not upload new ones. Also the listings are getting weird. I had a double listing and thought I had done it . So deleted the pictures on one but the app deleted them both and now I cant redo them.

I get that also when I could post a listing it would show up 3-4 times with same pic,but if I looked on computer it show just one. This is insane

Ok I see a lot of the same complaint. I spent hours last night on this . I got into the .com site filled out all the info for a listing it took the photos just one at a time but the prices would not work so wouldn't save. So I lost it all. So frustrating.

So how do we get answers from Etsy?
