Cannot access our shop manager

Anyone else having this issue? We can see other shops but not our own, this is bas as we have orders to go out today!!

Anyone else suddenly loose access to the shop manager and dashboard? I was online working on open orders, went to print a label and was suddenly locked out. I cannot get back in. It just keeps asking me to try again later?
