Cannot Process Refunds

Recently I've tried to refund an order and the screen friezes immediately after filling out the Refund form. I just the symbol in circle endlessly turing. The same thing is happening in my other Etsy shop - kandoupatterns.etsty.com. 

Please fix asap as I need to refund a customer payment,

Hi, When the screen freezes, hit the F5 (Refresh button). This is something which has been going on for me since Sept. 8. I issue Partial Shipping Refunds for overages above $1.00. When I get to the part that says "Preview Refund", the screen freezes (blank, white page). I select F5, and it shows the Refund did take place (right on the Refund Page). Also, when you go to the Order itself and click the 3 dots to Print the Invoice, you will see that the Refund is in there (red font). It's also in my Payment Account.

It may have gone through. I had two of these and when I looked to see if they went through they did. Look at your orders and payment account to check.
