I have 2 stores. The first store is running well. However, after setting up my 2nd store about 3 months ago, I've been having problems logging into that store's shop manager. I now have a replacement payment card as the original payment card was used by another vendor for an unauthorized charge. My bank blocked that card and issued a new card. I was able to update billing and payment card on the 1st store and not the 2nd store. The second store's shop manager goes to the first store and therefore I am not able to update the 2nd store's payment method at all. The 2nd store is now suspended (temporarily) but time is running out. I think I have about a week left and no response yet from the Etsy help center. Someone, a customer, reached out to me on IG regarding one of my 2nd store's products as they are obviously unable to view or purchase.
Any ideas on what to do? It is a technical problem as it seems the shop manager of the 2nd store is permanently linked to the 1st store since near the beginning. Help!

You should still be able to log into the other shop so you can make the payment. Try another browser. Don't use the app.

Log out of Etsy and then log into the other shop.
Thank you for your response. I tried doing that now and the store is not accessible as it is suspended until payment is made at GazeArtDigital.
I can only access GazeArtStore's shop manager which is an apparel shop.
You should still be able to log into the other shop so you can make the payment. Try another browser. Don't use the app.

@GazeArtStore: Just as a suggestion for the future, if you have multiple shops it often helps to manage each one in a different browser so that you do not have to log in and out to change shops and it also reduces issues from cookie clashes.
