Can't send a message

I had a customer buy something and I can't send a message. When I hit send it just makes what I typed disappear and won't send the message.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Why is etsy having so many technical problems in the last few days.  2 days ago I couldn't get my prices to change correctly.  I finally just went back in and made the prices the same since the shop prices didn't match the item price when I did them.  I had to redo all 82 manually because the bulk pricing wouldn't work. Now messaging is not working.

Check your sent folder and see if it’s there.

Etsy has changed how messages are displayed (so you can't see them!) so check as Nana says and you might find you have sent more than one!

My husband said are you sure you're not sending them.  I sure hope not cause I tried at least 5 times.

It has to do w/Etsy's new "bundling" of Messages, to supposedly make it easier for Sellers.  I think they may be still tweaking it; not certain. There are those who have reported the same as you.

Well that's not good.  That's a good way to make a customer mad, cause I tried it at least 5 times thinking it's not working.

I've had no problems. Maybe because I have yet to be blessed with the new and improved messages.

As an aside, when I was a kid,  my aunt and uncle's boat was named "Lazy Daze" and the dinghy was called "Busy Nights".
