I JUST posted my problems with my messaging stats being WAY OFF and now I am noticing when I respond to a Buyer and hit send, there is NO message there!! No matter how many times I do it! NO WONDER my messaging stats are low!! We are a 5 Star Seller on Etsy that has been complaining about his FOR MONTHS!!! I am on Etsy every day, all throughout the day and message ALL of my customers RIGHT AWAY, but yet we have low rating for messaging AND our Auto-Reply messaging hasn't worked FOR MONTHS. Although I reply to ALL customers manually, right away, I would like to be able to use this feature WE PAY FOR, but cannot. I have ca3tt5 lled Customer Service, they promise to "escalate" the issue, but NOTHING happens, no response, no resolution... The ONLY thing I've received was ONE email that said Etsy cannot do anything about changing stats... Well, if you have STATS, they should be ACCURATE and if Etsy has technical problems regarding this that they cannot or WILL NOT fix, they shouldn't have ANY STAT program AT ALL!!!!! It you are going to have a rating type program for your Sellers, you better be ACCURATE and if your system has problems where that isn't recording things correctly and you CANNOT FIX IT... YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A RATING SYSTEM!!! I am FURIOUS with this as this seems to be a problem with not only we as a Seller, but OTHER SELLERS! The fact that we pay for this service and have NO ONE to speak with about these issues, when we do have NO RESOLVE or are told there is nothing to be done is absolutely unacceptable!! What is going on at ETSY??? WHO is in CHARGE HERE?!! After all of the trouble we've had with these issues, we've inquired as to how we can reach SOMEONE at the CORPORATE LEVEL to let them know and there is NOTHING, NO ONE, NO WAY of reaching the PEOPLE IN CHARGE! I have a 35 year business background and I've NEVER had a situation, with ANY company, NO MATTER THEIR SIZE, that does business this way. This is DEPLORABLE! Is this company run by ROBOTS?! A COMPUTER PROGRAM?! WTF?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just put up a post on this too. Is the Buyer a repeat buyer? I found that a previous customer just reordered and the new messages on the new order are showing up on her OLD orders. Nothing is showing up on the new order. This just started happening today. If its a repeat buyer you may want to check their old orders.
Having similar issues here. Contacting buyer with a preview of what we intend to make for the last few weeks, with follow up messages to chase. Finally got a message from them today, saying hes heard nothing from us ;-(
Weve also had people swear blind they have left us a review but we see nothing on our pages ;-(
