On 7/8 at 6 AM I received an email notification that I had a message from a customer who needed help with an order. When I read the message at 9 AM, I went to my Etsy account to respond and the Etsy Convo system said the message was 1 day old. This has never happened. The email was delayed for 24 hours.
As a result, my Star Seller message stats show I didn't respond to the message in 24 hours. This was an Etsy technical error. The email is time stamped 7/8. The email notifications are typically simultaneous. I also use the Etsy app on my iphone and ipad, with it on the 1st page of apps. At no time on the 7th was there any indication of a message.
It is not fair that I have a late message response when it was Etsy that was late.
